Logistical Services
One of the cornerstone services which Cape Destination Management offers is Logistical Services and Ground Handling. We offer both Planning and On Site logistical services for occasions such as Cruise Ship Arrivals, Incentive Groups travel, Group hosting, Conferences and Weddings.
During events we always have at least one Event Co-ordinator on site and one in the office to manage Transport, Venue correspondence and general trouble shooting.
Crisis Management
On occasion a Tour, Conference or Event runs into difficulty for various reasons and we come in to plug the gaps. We are happy to take over on-site logistics or assist with implementing a strategy to rectify any issues.
